If you experience a defect with your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you contact us to arrange for us to examine your piece. If your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, House of Brilliance will repair the item without charge. Because it is not uncommon for small side stones to fall out, don’t panic, we will replace it for free. This warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical abuse, loss of precious stones and theft. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than House of Brilliance will void this warranty. House of Brilliance offers a free lifetime diamond upgrade. You can exchange at full credit any loose diamond purchased from House of Brilliance for a new diamond that is at least fifty percent greater in value than the original purchase price. To be eligible for this offer, the diamond being upgraded needs to be in marketable condition with all original documentation. Upon evaluation of the original setting, it may or may not be eligible for this offer. Once the credit for the original diamond is applied then all applicable taxes are charged to the balance.
