What if I don't see a diamond that I am looking for?

Our inventory is constantly changing and being updated, and we have additional inventory that is not listed on our site. Please contact our diamond specialist to assist you with finding your perfect gem.

What if I want a setting with a different center stone shape?

Many of our settings can be modified to accommodate a different center stone shape than what is offered on our website.

Can I propose with a temporary setting?

Yes, if you have selected a diamond, but would prefer that your partner participate in choosing the setting, we are happy to offer a temporary solitaire setting for your stone.

Can I buy a setting without buying a diamond?

Yes, you can buy a setting from us without buying a diamond.

Can I put a diamond or a piece of jewelry on hold?

We are happy to extend a limited time hold for you, and to remove the item from our website if needed. Please contact us for more information.

Can I upgrade my House of Brilliance Diamond?

Yes, we offer free lifetime diamond upgrades. Please view our diamond upgrade policy for more information.

Do you sell other stones besides diamonds?

Yes, we also deal in gemstones and semi-precious stones such as sapphires, emeralds, ruby, and others. If you have a specific stone in mind, please contact one of our fine jewelry specialists.

Can you help me design a custom piece of jewelry?

We are pleased to provide personal attention from beginning to end to develop and design your perfect piece of jewelry.

What if I want a watch or a vintage piece of jewelry, can you help me with that?

Of course! A House of Brilliance jewelry specialist will be happy to help you with your needs.

I like a piece of jewelry on your site but want it to look a bit different. Is that possible?

We specialize in custom made jewelry and can modify a piece according to your taste and specifications.

I like a piece of jewelry, but can i have it in a different metal?

Yes, we work with platinum, 18K white and yellow gold, 14k gold, rose gold. Certain styles can also be made with different metals, please contact us for more details. 
Placing An Order

Can I see your jewelry in person?

We are in the Dallas area, and would be happy to set up an appointment.

Do you have additional images of a piece I am interested in?

We may have additional photos or videos of certain pieces and can send it upon request (based on availability).

Can I buy from you if I live outside the United States?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Will I be charged tax?

Texas sales tax applies to orders shipped to addresses within the state of Texas.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

House of Brilliance accepts all major US credit cards, bank wire payment, bank check and money order, personal check (US only) and PayPal.

Do you offer Jewelry Insurance?

We do not offer insurance but do provide a free insurance appraisal on all our products to provide your insurance company with a replacement value.
