For the security of your jewelry, all our packages require an adult signature at the time of delivery. House Of Brilliance is fully insured on all shipments until delivery at the shipping address. For your convenience and to insure that someone will be available to sign for your package, a phone call will be made to confirm your shipment as well as an email with your tracking number.

For your convenience, House Of Brilliance can ship to an alternate shipping address other than the billing address. For your security and protection we require that you simply contact your credit card company and add the alternative shipping address to your account.

Due to the insurance provisions of our packages, House Of Brilliance does not ship to P.O. Box addresses and requires a physical address for all orders placed.

With your purchase at House Of Brilliance, you will receive a beautiful designer box for your piece of jewelry along with your paid receipt including the appraisal and certificate (if applicable).
